Verdacity works daily with architects, engineers, and contractors to contribute sustainability criteria to the design, construction, and operation of buildings. We are a small company with a big heart and an even bigger mission – to bring green buildings to life that result in positive health outcomes for both people and the environment. Please note that due to on-going projects with the Federal Government, U.S. Citizenship is currently required for these positions.

Day-to-day activities at Verdacity include:

​

• Interdisciplinary team collaboration via our remote work environment

• Participation in research and evaluation of building systems

• Facilitation of integrative design charettes

• Technical review of construction drawing and specifications

• Preparation of deliverables using Autodesk, Microsoft, and Adobe products

• Documentation of green building certifications including LEED, WELL, Green Globes and Federal Guiding Principles

• Communicating with our trusted clients to support them in achieving their sustainability goals

Professional credentials such as LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, WELL AP, Green Globes Professional, Guiding Principles Compliance Professional, Cx, BECx, CDT, CEM, and BEMP are desired. For candidates interested in pursuing these credentials, Verdacity has a structured mentorship program, as well as a benefits plan that supports credential maintenance.
