The Max Salazar classroom building on the main campus of Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) has officially achieved LEED-CI Platinum Certification! This 5-story, 120,000sf building is a pivotal facility for CNM that houses administrative and instructional spaces. This is one of only 10 Platinum Certified buildings in New Mexico, and Verdacity is proud to be part of this accomplishment! Congratulations to CNM, Hartman + Majewski Design Group, Flintco, and the rest of the project team for a job well done.
